FAQ

 We ONLY accept exchanges.  All exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days from the date your order was placed.

 Exchanges must be received containing all contents of the package, tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and in new condition.

 Items returned with signs of use such as a make up, deodorant, perfume, stains, or any signs of damage to the product will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping costs.

How to  exchange your order:

Contact us via email about your intention to exchange the product within 7 days from the date your order is placed at:  info@360lifeclothing.com 

Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

 All sale items are final sale.
